1. Open Light Commission Meeting — Call to Order 7:00 PM
2. Vote to enter into Executive session for the following purposes: 7:00 PM
a. Pursuant to M.G.L. Ch. 64, Section 47D and M.G.L. Ch. 30A, Section 21, Exception 10, to discuss trade
secrets or confidential, competitively sensitive or other proprietary information related to Massachusetts
Municipal Wholesale Electric Company (MMWEC) proposal for the purchase of energy and capacity
output the disclosure of which will adversely affect the Commission's ability to conduct business in
relation to other entities.
b. To approve minutes of the January 21, 2015 Executive Session at which the Commission invoked
Exception No. 3 (Discuss Strategy with Respect To Collective Bargaining) related to MMED ]HEW Local
104 Financial Assistants and Professional Units, as an Open Meeting May Have a Detrimental Effect on
Bargaining and the Chair So Declared.
3. Return to Open Session
4. Review and vote to accept the FYI MMED Audit
5. Review, discuss and possibly vote to approve the final Development Agreement, Purchased Power
Agreement and Interconnection Agreement for the Branch Street Solar Project
6. Director's Report
a. Invitation to Annual Senior Luncheon to be held on October 30, 2015 at COA
