ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A of the General Laws as amended, a
hearing will be held in the Mansfield Town Hall on Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at 7:30
p.m. on the application of Pattison Sign Group /Advanced Sign on behalf of Toyota Motor
USA, Inc. for a Variance from Section 4.7.2.1, Freestanding Sign, of the Zoning By -Law
to allow for an 86.2 square -foot sign where a 30 square -foot sign is allowed at 440 Forbes
Boulevard (Assessor's Map 44, Parcel 620) in the Planned Business District (PBD).
