ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A of the General Laws as amended, a
hearing will be held in the Mansfield Town Hall on Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at 8:00
p.m. on the application of Site Enhancement Services/Patrick Huyge for a Variance from
Section 4.7.1.1, Wall Sign, of the Zoning By -Law to allow for two (2) 30.7 square -foot
wall signs and one (1) 57.8 square -foot wall sign (119.2 square feet total) for Dynamic
Dental; and two (2) 88 square -foot wall signs (176 square feet total) for Advance Auto
Parts; and a Variance from Section 4.7.1.2, Freestanding Sign, to allow one (1) 69.8
square -foot freestanding sign to be shared by the two tenants at 296 Cbauncy Street
(Assessor's Map 20, Parcel 185) in the Business 3 (133) zone.
