ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A of the General Laws as amended, a
hearing will be held in the Mansfield Town Hall on Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at 8:30
p.m. on the application of Homam Sengaba for a Variance from Section 4.2.1 (2),
Setback from a Scenic Road, of the Zoning By -Law for the construction of a new house
with less than the required 75 -foot setback from Jewell Street at 8 Jewell Street
(Assessor's Map 6, Parcel 47) in the Residential 1 (RI) zone.
