Notice of Public Hearing
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, Section 9 of the Massachusetts General Laws
and the Town of Mansfield Zoning By -Law, the Mansfield Planning Board will hold a public
hearing on Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at 8:00 p.m. in the Planning Board's meeting room
2A/B, Mansfield Town Hall, Six Park Row, Mansfield, MA, regarding the application of Live
and Learn Ventures, LLC for a Special Permit under Sections 5.5, Special Permit and 3.7.3,
Adaptive Reuse of Historic Structures, of the Mansfield Zoning By -Law, for the reuse of the
former St. John's Episcopal Church building as a three -unit residential development on an
approximately 2,784 square foot parcel in the Residential 3 (R3) Zone at 43 High Street (Map
21, Parcel 139).
The project site is owned by Live and Learn Ventures, LLC, is shown on Assessor's Plat 21, Lot
139 and is bounded as follows: High Street, Rumford Avenue, McMullin, Durbano.
Complete descriptions and plans are available at the office of the Planning Department, located
at Town Hall, Six Park Row, Mansfield, MA during regular business hours.
