1) Approval of June 18, 2015 IDC meeting minutes.
2) Discussion with Lynn Tokarczyk of Business Development Strategies, Inc, on "Why Mansfield."
3) Review /revise survey regarding economic growth and types of businesses /services visitors and
residents would like to see in Mansfield.
4) Report on meeting with Mansfield High School Principal Michael Connolly about setting up an
IDC social media and marketing campaign utilizing high school students.
5) Begin the process of consolidating the "Why Mansfield" data.
6) Discuss the Finance Committee's request of the Planning Board regarding defining financial metrics
for the success of downtown. (Beth Ashman- Collins)
7) Update on open commissioner position. (Mr. Ross)
8) Report on current and future industrial development projects in Mansfield. (Mr. Ross)
9) Member questions and comments.
10) Resident questions and comments.
11) Any other items not anticipated 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
12) Schedule next IDC meeting for August 20, 2015.
