In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A of the General Laws as amended, a
hearing will be held in the Mansfield Town Hall on Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at 7:30
P.M. on the application of Chris Marcheselli for a Finding from Section 3.10.4, change,
extension, or alteration of a non - conforming residential structure, of the Zoning By -Law
for the footprint renovation of a pre- existing, non - conforming single - family house at 22
Glen Street (Assessor's Map 24, Parcel 11) in the Residential 2 (R2) Zone.
