4. Visitors:
• 6:15 Ken Bekampis- Mansfield Youth Lacrosse requesting permission to place a permanent shed at
Hutchason Field for equipment storage.
5. Facilities:
• Special Olympics Soccer Tournament- requesting use of Plymouth Street on 10/18, rain date 10/25, from
7:00am- 3:00pm.
• St. Mary's Pack 7 Advancement Ceremony- requesting Memorial Park playground /picnic area on May 16,
5:00- 8:00pm.
• Pack 13 Annual Rocket Derby- requesting Plymouth Street back fields on 6/14, rain date 6/21, 1:00- 5:00pm.
• MYBA Basketball Tournament Fundraiser - requesting use of Memorial Park Basketball Courts on 9/12, rain,
date 9/19, 9:00am- 6:00pm.
6. Old Business:
• Open Space & Recreation Plan- workshops to be scheduled, Recreation attendance requested.
• Annual Town Meeting, Tuesday, May 19, 7:00pm.
• Ongoing Summer Camp & Spring/Summer Program registration.
• Songbirds of the Northeast with naturalist John Root, June 11, 630pm, Library Community Room.
New Business:
• Park Attendant status.
• Preschool, Yoga, recreation program facility status.
• Scholarship recipient. Award presentation availability.
• Ducks are available for sale in the Recreation Office beginning Monday, May 18th. Duck Race will be held
Wednesday, June 24, volunteers?
• Next Meeting: June 8/9 or 15/16
