2. Public Hearing In Accordance With the Provisions Of Massachusetts General Laws 7:00 PM
Chapter 82 Section 22, Notice Is Hereby Given By The Board Of Selectmen Of
Their Intent To Lay Out the Following Street As A Public Way At A Public Hearing
On April 22, 2015 At 7:OOPM In The Selectmen's Meeting Room 3A/B, Town Hall,
Six Park Row: Lincoln Road. The Purpose Of This Hearing Will Be To Accept
Public Comment On The Acceptance Of The Way. All Those Interested In Or
Wishing To Be Heard On This Issue Should Appear At The Time And Place Stated.

All items on the Consent Agenda may be adopted with a single motion. Any member
of the Board of Selectmen may request that an item be withdrawn from the consent
agenda for separate consideration in which case that item will be voted on separately
from the remainder of the consent agenda. All licenses have been routed through
Town Hall Departments and any conditions have been noted below.
