ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A of the General Laws as amended, a
hearing will be held in the Mansfield Town Hall on Tuesday, December 2, 2014 at 7:45
p.m. on the application of Future Foam, Inc. for a Variance from Section 4.2.2,
Maximum Floor Area Ratio, to allow 0.41 FAR where 0.25 FAR is required; and relief
from the Minimum Open Space requirement, to allow 25% where 35% is required at 47
Maple Street (Map 30, Lot 37) in the Industrial 2 (I2) Zone.
