ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A of the General Laws as amended, a
hearing will be held in the Mansfield Town Hall on Tuesday, December 2, 2014 at 7:30
p.m. on the application of Jess Realty Trust for a Variance from Sections 1.5.17a, Lot
Width and 4.2.1, Lot Area of the Zoning By -Law to allow for the creation of three lots
with less than the required lot width and lot area at 453, 457, 461 & 465 Stearns Avenue
(Assessor's Map 41, Parcels 85, 86, 87, 435 & 436) in the Residential 1 (RI) zone.
