NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 41, Section 81T and Section 81U of the
Massachusetts General Laws and the Mansfield Subdivision Control Regulations, the
Mansfield Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 19, 2014
at 7:30 P.M. in Meeting Room 2A/B, Mansfield Town Hall, 6 Park Row, Mansfield, MA,
regarding the application of Walsh Brothers Building Company for the subdivision of a
parcel of land located off of Willow Street and bounded as follows:
Willow Street, Noddin, Simonelli, Morrison, Barry, Nordberg, Elm Realty Trust, Grove
Building Realty Trust, Connery, Nolan, Amicone, Villagie, Hong, Farinella, Cerut,
Mastro, 41 Riverside Realty Trust, Caughey & Callahan, Willia, Lazzara, Declemente,
Sereda, Gurney, Carroll, DiMascio, Duffy.
The proposal is for the subdivision of Map 28, Parcels 11, 12, 118 and 150, shown on a
plan titled "Willowdale" prepared by Bay Colony Group, Inc., dated September 12, 2014,
into eighteen (18) new lots [with one (1) existing lot] in the R -2 Zone.
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40, Section 15C of the Massachusetts
General Laws and Chapter 20, Scenic Roads, of the Town of Mansfield General By-
Laws, a scenic road public hearing will be held concurrently for alterations to be made to
Willow Street, a scenic roadway.
Plans are available at the Planning Department, Town Hall, 6 Park Row, Mansfield, MA
during regular business hours.
