NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws and the Mansfield Zoning
By -Law, the Mansfield Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 10,
2014 at 7:30 p.m. in the Planning Board's meeting room at the Town Hall, Six Park Row,
Mansfield, MA regarding the application of Bell Atlantic Mobile of Massachusetts Corporation,
Ltd. d /b /a Verizon Wireless for a special permit under Section 5.5, Special Permits, and Section
3.6.7.2.6.1, Special Provisions for a Gap in Wireless Coverage, of the Zoning By -Law, to install
a building- mounted wireless communication facility consisting of twelve (12) antennas mounted
to primary building elevator penthouse structures, first floor equipment room and ground -
mounted emergency generator enclosed behind stockade fence at 150 Rumford Avenue in the
Residential 3 (R3) Zone.
The project site is owned by Trustees of the Millhaus at Mansfield Condominium Trust, is shown
on Assessor's Plat 21 as Lot 153 and is bounded by Rumford Avenue, D'Allesandro, Rogers,
Collins, Lee, Dechellis, Smith, Capuano, Boldrighini, Puller, Campbell, Carr, Seifert, MBTA,
W. Church Realty LLC, West Church Street.

located at Town Hall, Six Park Row, Mansfield, Massachusetts during regular business hours.
