ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A of the General Laws as amended, a
hearing will be held in the Mansfield Town Hall, 6 Park Row, on Tuesday, September 16,
2014 at 7:45 p.m. on the application of James Crawford for a Finding from Section 4.2.1,
Side Yard Setback, of the Zoning By -Law for an addition with less than the required side
yard setback at 12 Brookside Road (Assessor's Map 13, Parcel 52) in the Residential 1
(RI) zone.
