In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A of the General Laws as amended, a
hearing will be held in the Mansfield Town Hall, 6 Park Row, on Tuesday, September 16,
2014 at 8:00 p.m, on the application of David Piasecki for a Finding from Section
3.10.4B for the change, extension or alteration of a pre- existing, non - conforming deck at
146 -148 Central Street (Assessor's Map 21, Parcel 120) in the Residential 3 (R3) zone.
