• Free the Captive Ministry Basketball Tournament, Memorial Park, August 30, 12:00- 4:00pm.
6. Old Business:
• Open Space & Recreation Plan- workshops to be scheduled, Recreation attendance requested.
• SRPEDD Bike Rack Program update.
• Summer Camp /Tennis program update.
New Business:
• Ian Bryer- Eagle Scout project.
• VPW is on the market; unable to use facility for our Preschool program.
• QMS Gym use issue; Summer Camp /basketball.
• Halloween Parade, Saturday, October 25, 2:00pm.
• Arts & Crafts Show, Saturday, November 1, 10:00am- 3:00pm.
• Next Meeting: September 9, 16, or 30.
