In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A of the General Laws as amended, a
hearing will be held in the Mansfield Town Hall on Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at 8:15
p.m. on the application of Long Gate LLC /Proglogis LP for a Variance from Section
4.2.2, Minimum Open Space, to allow 30% open space where 35% is required; and for a
Special Permit under Section 4.3, Landscaping and Screening, for an alternative
landscaped buffer at 11 Norfolk Street (Map 44, Lot 605) in the Planned Business
District (PBD).
