Notice of Public Hearing
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, Section 9 of the Massachusetts General Laws
and the Town of Mansfield Zoning By -Law, the Mansfield Planning Board will hold a public
hearing on March 26, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. in the Planning Board's meeting room, Mansfield Town
Hall, Six Park Row, Mansfield, MA regarding the application of Guggenheim Retail Real Estate
Partners, Inc. for a Special Permit under Sections 5.5, Special Permits and 3.5.16, Auto Service
Station, of the Mansfield Zoning By -Law to construct an approximately 8,500 square foot
Firestone Complete Auto Care with associated site improvements, utilities, stormwater
management and landscaping at 229 -243 School Street in the Industrial 1 (I1) Zone.
The project site is owned by Robert A. and Jean M. Nordbeck and John G. Walsh, Jr., is shown
on Assessor's Plat 112 as Lots 3 and 5 and is bounded by Dirico Realty LLC, Bergen Brunswig
Drug Co., Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Route 140 School St. LLC, Davos Mansfield, LLC
and Nordbeck.

at Town Hall, Six Park Row, Mansfield, MA during regular business hours.
