• Alan Miles, New England Premier Soccer Academy, requests use of Plymouth Street July 7 -12,
8:30am- 3:30pm, expected attendance of 50 participants.
• Jason Wellemeyer, PrimeTime Lacrosse, requests use of Hutchason Field for lacrosse day clinic;
June 30 -July 3 & August 4 -7 from 8:30am- 12:00pm, expected attendance 50 -75 participants.
• Ken Butler. MMAS Arts Festival, requests use of the South Common; September 20 & 21, 8:00am-
4:00pm.
• Mansfield Youth Lacrosse, requests use of Upper Memorial, 3.17 -6.8, Tuesday- Thursday, 5:30- 7:30pm;
Hutchason Field, 3.17 -6.8, Monday- Friday, 5:30 -7:30; Hutchason Field, 5.24, 8:00 -5:00, first annual
fundraiser event to benefit cancer in the name of Mike Greene.
• Mansfield United Adult Soccer Club, requests use of one grass field and one turf field, Sunday mornings
8:00am- 12:00pm, March 23 -Dunne 22.
• Mansfield Youth Soccer request use of Plymouth Street, please see attached table.
• Samantha Baglioni, Special Olympics, requests use of Plymouth Street, 10.19 (raindate 10.26), 7:00am-
3:00pm, for the MA Special Olympics Soccer Assessment Round event. Expected attendance is 500
people.
• Tom Herrington, Ace Archers, requests use of Lower Memorial Field, practice dates requested
4/6 -8/17, 8:30am- 12:30pm; tournament 5/4, 8:00am- 4:00pm; tournament 6/1, 8:00am- 4:00pm;
tournament 6/20 -6/22, 8:00am- 4:00pm.
• Joe Russo, MHS, requests use of Memorial Park, 3/6 -6/14 & 8/19 -1 1/29, 2:30pm- 6:OOpm; Plymouth
Street NRT Trail,. 3/12 -6/7, 2 :00pm- 5:30pm.
• Kevin Smith, Hornets Soccer Camp, requests use of Plymouth Street for a soccer clinic, 8/4 -7,
8:OOam- 12:OOpm, expected attendance is 100 participants.

• Election: 2014 Chairman & Clerk
• No conflicts /issues with Youth Baseball or Lacrosse requested dates regarding Upper Memorial Field
improvement schedule.
• Conflict of Interest policy.
• Joe Walejko: Black Watch Spring Warm -Up Soccer Tournament, March 22/23, approval /denial?
• Brian Mazar: NEFC Preseason Tournament. Requesting use of Plymouth Turf Field- 3/14 -3/16 &
3/21 -3/23. (Friday- 5:00- 8:OOpm, Sat. /Sun. 8:OOam- 8 :00pm) Approval /denial?
• Open Space & Recreation Plan- workshops to be scheduled, Recreation attendance requested.
6. New Business:
• State Ethics Acknowledgement.
• 2013 Program Financials.
• Library /Recreation Movie Night continues one time per month.
• P- Bruins reduced priced tickets available, Friday, February 28 & March 2.
• Tuesday Morning Winter Playgroup, VFW Hall.
• Open Mic Night- Recreation & Library event, Thursday, March 13.
• Spring walk to be scheduled.
• 2014 Program Guide- mailed out last week to each Mansfield residential address.
• Summer Camp registration begins Monday, March 3.
