In attendance: Greg Matoian, Glenn Nirenberg, Andrew Bank Nancy Hinote (Non - voting) 3. Approved meeting minutes from December 2, 2015 4. Welcomed new Board member Andrew Bank. 5. Approved and signed weekly motor vehicle excise abatements. 6. Review and signed excise commitments for 2006, 2009 and 2015. 7. Denial for Clause 41C & 17D for 653 East Street. 8.
