1. Meeting called to order at 6:00 p.m.
2. In attendance: Andrew Bank
Glenn Nirenberg
Nancy Hinote (Non - voting)
3. Approved meeting minutes 2110116 and 1120116.
4. Approved and signed weekly motor vehicle excise abatements.
5. Approved and signed 1995 motor vehicle warrant to collect requested by
Treasurer.
Meetings with the Board:
6:20 p.m. meeting with Roy Barnes and Patricia Orlando, 112 Pine Street #6.
6:30 p.m. meeting with Bart Jackson, 23 King Arthur Way #12.
6:40 p.m. meeting with Thomas Prestwich, 4 Shady Brook Lane #48.
6. Discuss FY 2016 applications for abatements:
