Call to Order at 7:05 pm in Meeting Room 2 A/B 2. Reorganization: Mr. Healey made the motion to continue to the next meeting when there is a full board. Ms. Wall seconded the motion. Correspondence: Thank you note from Nancy J. Graf, Market Manager, Mansfield Farmers' Market. The Farmers' Market will open on July 12, 2014. Letter from Marilyn Edge (Director Western Bristol County & Foxborough Tobacco & Alcohol Prevention Collaborative) regarding a failed tobacco compliance check at Stop & Shop Supermarket. The clerk asked for identification; buyer responded he did not have an ID with him. The clerk then asked for his date of birth; buyer responded 1998, and at that time the clerk made the sale. Ms. Memory asked that the store manager be invited to attend the June 5, 2014 meeting. 5. Agent's Notes: a. HHW Collection — April 5, 2014: Mr. Leite noted there was a low turnout. A total of $6,490.00 was spent. The budget was $10,000.00. b. NEFFA: Mr. Leite said the festival went very well with the new coordinator. 6. New Business: Workshop: Smoking and Tobacco Regulations: To review and make recommendations for the Mansfield Smoking and Tobacco Regulations. Mr. McClean suggested that the board default to the template provided by Ms. Edge and then add aspects of the Mansfield Regulations such as definition and language changes. The Board agreed. The Board reviewed and made changes to the template and Mr. Leite will draft the changes and Additions, to be reviewed by the Board at the June meeting. 7. Old Business: 8. There will not be separate discussion of these items. If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered separately.
