Robinson School Window Project — Steve Marshall & Bob Laconte Status Update Latest email we received from Kelsey was that everything was done. In her memo she indicated that GV W still has not completed the as -built documents and when they submit as- builts they will submit hard copies of all documents and one on a CD. MBC requested hard copy and all documents on CD for their records. Bob Barry sent an email to Ed stating he was disappointed in Gale Associates, he had asked a number of times for copy of punch list to be kept up to date, updates on meetings, etc. Kelsey had come over to Jordan Jackson School with Mike Ahern and they were looking at issues over there. Trying to rely on Mike with updates but didn't happen too much. Another surprise was all issues over there at Robinson School. Cracks and drafts on memos. Foundation curtain wall — structural frame had a gap that appeared on certain parts of the floor and ceiling. Concerned not having a full -time person overseeing things. Would these mistakes have happened if we had a full -time person. Sound going through was issue too, getting insulating panels from floor slab to ceiling. Nick Riccio has seen all of these and went through punch list. Steve will look into fire stop. Gale came up with details with GV W. February vacation will be used to fix issues. Question about windows opening different amounts. Bob Laconte will check on this. Only negative were about windows opening out and kids running into them outside. GV W hasn't given price yet. Bob Laconte says everyone is happy with windows. School is warmer. Doing very well with energy.
