The meeting of the Ambulance Trust Fund Trustees was held on February 24, 2006 at 10:15am
in the conference room of the Town Manager
Attending: Kenneth Parsons, Robert Bellavance, Fire Chief, William Sarro, Chairman via
phone
Also John D'Agostino, Town Manager, Richard V. Boucher Town Treasurer
There was discussion about the penalty money received by the Town for the new ambulance, in
the amount of $20,500.00. DOR determined that it must be returned to general funds and first
become part of free cash. It was decided that an article be placed on the Fall Town Meeting to
return these funds to the Ambulance Trust Fund.
Mr. D'Agostino requested Mr. Boucher to prepare the article for the warrant.
Discussion about purchasing a new reserve stretcher for the Fire Department in the amount of
$3,700. After discussion it was moved and seconded that the Trust Fund purchase the stretcher.
So Voted.
After proper motion the minutes of the Meeting of June 3, 2005 were approved.
Upon proper motion meeting was adjourned at 10:35 am.

The meeting of the Ambulance Trust Fund Trustees was held on June 3, 2005 at 11:20 am in the
conference room of the Town Manager.
Attending: Trustees: William Sarro, Chairman, Kenneth Parsons, Jr., Robert Bellavance.

Motion made and seconded to approve the minutes of the October 7, 2004. So Voted.
Discussion about a new ambulance pursued. Mr. Bellavance informed the members that the
annual Town Meeting had approved to bond $112,300. The new ambulance would be about
$150,000. The balance of the purchase would be made up from the trade in of the old
ambulance and the trust fund. Mr. Bellavance stated he is in the process of preparing
specifications and RFP for the new ambulance and he should have bids sometime in July or
August.
The Trustees were concerned about depleting the Trust Fund entirely and suggested that some
balance remain. It was also suggested that if additional funds were needed the Trustees would
be willing to raise additional funds in order not to deplete the fund entirely.
Motion was made and seconded to approve the use of the Trust Funds to pay for the balance of
the ambulance purchase after the use of the bond authorization and trade in as long as enough
money remained in the trust to keep it open. So Voted.
There were some discussion made about future ambulance needs and fund raisers.
Upon proper motion meeting was adjourned at 11:35.
