Attendees present: Dave Leary; Chairman, Charlotte Falkner; Clerk,
Danielle Fish, Lynne McDonnell
Excused Absence: Dave Rapoza
Lorilee Fish, Recreation Director
Kathy Codella, Assistant to the Recreation Director
1. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM.

2. Pat Bums- Skate Park Vendor Discussion
_ The Ad Hoc Committee recommends contracting with the American Ramp
Company based out ofNorthboro, MA.
_ With the $54,000.00, Mr. Burns would like to see the first ten items purchased.
_ The equipment is targeted for beginning to moderate abilities.
_ Jay Beckett will be in charge of facility management.
Motion: By Dave Leary to accept the contract bid with American Ramp Company.
Seconded by DanieUe Fish. AU in favor, 4-0.
3. Reservation Requests;
A. Bruce Fallows requests use of Plymouth Street for Mission soccer try-outs.
Dave Leary tables the motion until the next Commission meeting.
B. Florencia's Kitchen requests permission to sell food items during the Concerts on the
Common. Dave Leary would like to see Florencia at the next Commission Meeting.

Motion passes, 4-0.
10. Adjournment: 6:50 PM.
11. Next Commission Meeting: Monday, June 14,2004 at 6:00 PM.
