This preliminary plan involves a great deal of wetlands crossing of ap- proximately 6400', which the Planning Board would like to see addressed more thoroughly. The plan currently shows filling in of the wetlands. Members dis- cussed building a bridge over the wetlands which Mr. Dunn explained had been considered. A bridge would cover a span of approximately 250'. Mr. Dunn has also investigated the possibility of using an arch, similar to an inverted cul- vert. In the definitive stage, Mr. Dunn would request a waiver for the cross section for side slopes from the standard cross section of 3 to 1 to a cross section of 1 -1/2 to 1 or possibly 2 -1. The Planning Board feels a complete EIS should be done for this plan, including a traffic study (no Traffic Engineer will be necessary).
