Planning Director LaCasse reviewed the "Echo Hills" defini-

"Eastbrook Estates ". Both applicants have hired the same en-
gineering firm and have discussed the possibility of the
access for "Eastbrook Estates" (which has not been submitted
to date) coming through "Echo Hills ". Applicants have agreed
to put in an B" water main and one sidewalk on East Street,
or grass, along the area that will be dug up. "Echo Hills"
has requested the following waivers:
1. Cape Cod berm, using straight granite at curves
and cul -de -sacs.
2. One sidewalk.
Planning Director LaCasse detailed some of the suggestions
given by the developer for the proposed "Eastbrook Estates"
roadway layout within this proposed subdivision. This plan
shows a great deal of wetlands and one of the plans does show
a road crossing these wetlands. The applicant for this
proposed subdivision would request a waiver for the length of
the cul -de -sac.
The Board discussed the waivers for both subdivisions at
length.
Planner Sohn stated that she has been receiving a lot of com-
plaints from residents of subdivisions which have not been
completed. Planning Director LaCasse stated he is working on
this problem.
