Meeting called to order at 7:35 P.M. Chairman Quinn passed out copies of the order of motions taken from the booklet, "Roberts Rules of Order ", to each member of the Board. A brief discussion followed. 2. 7:40 P.M. - Review of Preliminary Plan "Timberland Estates" The Board reviewed this preliminary plan and discussed the definitive plan which was submitted to the Town Clerk today. However, the name on the definitive plan is "Timberline ". Town Engineer, Joseph J. Campo has recommended looping utilities for this subdivision with existing, abutting sub- divisions "Cowan Meadow" and "Chambers Court ". Motion: To send a letter to Michael Trowbridge, Engineer, Hutchins - Trowbridge Assoc., Inc., asking him which plan he would like the Planning Board to work with, the Preliminary or the Definitive, what the proper name is for this plan, how many lots. Also, ask Mr. Trowbridge to speak to the Town Engineer, Joseph J. Campo, regarding looping the water throughout the three subdivisions. (Madan- Annino) All in favor. PASSES. Mrs. Maryanne Silvi of Court Street came to the Planning Department this week (Chairman Quinn was present at the time) and asked about an easement adjacent to her property and how she would go about taking this back from the Town. Chairman Quinn was not clear if this was an easement or a paper street. Planner Caponigro stated that a paper street that has never been accepted by the Town must be abandoned by the Planning Board. If the Planning Board votes to abandon, the property reverts back to the abutters. Chairman Quinn had informed Mrs. Silvi that she should research the deed and, if this does go to Town Meeting, Mrs. 9ilvi would be wise to hire an attorney to have it written up properly. Planner Flynn felt Mrs. Silvi could present all the information she has to the Planning Board and the Planning Board could ask Town Counsel for the proper procedure. Chairman Quinn will contact Mrs. Silvi and ask her to gather all the necessary information and make arrangements to'be placed on the Plan- ning Board's agenda sometime in the future. 1 Planning Board's Minutes April 22, 1987 Page -2 Motion:_ To hold a public hearing for the definitive subdivi- sion, "Echo Hills Estates" on May 13, 1987 at 8:00 P.M.
