Around the Table Planning Director LaCasse stated the decision to hold the Workshop meetings once a month was an excellent idea and that much is accomplished at these meetings. Planner Flynn stated she felt the EIS statement for "Pine Woods" was an excel- lent statement and could be used as an example when developers ask for one. There are guides to Planning Board's for reviewing EIS statements which might be available through Conservation Law Foundation or the Army Corps of Engineers. Planner Caponigro stated that the Committee for Solid Waste Alternatives had completed their report and it should be readv in two weeks. Planning Director LaCasse discussed site plan review and stated that the Inspec- tor of Buildings, Bertram Cook went to a seminar recently with other Building Inspectors at which the site plan review proress was discussed. Mr. Cook created a "laundry" list of items which he feels should be included in site plans. This will be reviewed with the Town Manager. Hopefully, rather than sending memos to department heads asking for comments for site plans, the Build- ing Inspector would chair a meeting of all donartment heads and review the site plan as a group. Mr. Cook will meet with thr, i't.ir,iiing Board in the future to discuss this procedure. Planner Annino asked when the Board was going to create a report of the analysis of Municipal Building uses. Board members discussed creating a report following the Town Meeting in April.
