Around the Table Board members discussed the lack of safety when a subdivision has only one access and this access is over a bridge (specifically referring to the "Witch Pond Estates II" preliminary plan). Planners feel the second means of access would be absolutely necessary. Planning Director LaCasse stated that he feels the Planning Board is spending far too much time reviewing preliminary plans and decisions should be made the first night the plan is before the Planning Board. Concerns should be clearly stated. If an applicant needs to improve the plan, it should be done in the definitive stage. G. Meeting adjourned at 10:05 P.M. - k a--, CLERK VP?}C2 DATE 4
