Discussion to approve /postpone /deny several'streets scheduled for acceptance by
Town Meeting was held at this time with Mr. Powers.

Motion: To waive Section III.C.13 of the Subdivision Regulations for Partridge
Lane.

Motion: To release the remaining bond for Partridge Lane.

The Planning Board reviewed an amendment proposed by Richard Lewis, Conservation
Agent, for Article 33 which is sponsored by both the Planning Board and Conser-
vation Commission.
Motion: To accept the amendment of Article 33 as presented by Richard Lewis,
Conservation Agent.
(Sohn - McClanahan) All in favor. PASSES.
The board discussed Articles scheduled for Town Meeting involving the sale of
Town owned property.
Motion: To not support the Article proposed for Town Meeting to authorize the
Board of Selectmen to sell the Paine School.
(Madan - Flynn) Planners Madan, Flynn, McClanahan and Chairman Quinn in
Favor. Planners Annino and Sohn abstain. PASSES.
At this time, Planning Board members attended Town Meeting in the Mansfield High
School Auditorium.
3. Meeting adjourned at 11:10 P.M. at the close of tonight's Town Meeting which was
continued until May 16, 1988 at 7:30 P.M.
