1. Meeting called to order at 7:30 P.M.
At this time, Chairman Quinn expressed his desire to step down as Chairman
tonight, feeling that no quorum would be reached for another Town Meeting. He
then passed the gavel to Planner Annino. Judith F. Scott, Town Clerk, will be
notified of the change of officers for the Planning Board.
2. 7 :35 P.M. - Site Plan Review
Georgia /Pacific - Hampden Road
The board reviewed this site plan with the assistance of James Dunn of Dunn En-
gineering. Drainage was reviewed as a result of Joseph J. Campo's comments
which were brought to the Planning Board's attention during the inspection for
street acceptance of Hampden Road.
( *Planner Sohn entered the meeting at 7:45 P.M. Planner Caponigro at 7:50 P.M.)
Motion: To send a positive recommendation to Bertram M. Cook, Inspector of
Buildings, for the site plan for Georgia /Pacific on Hampden Road,
bringing to his attention the fact that there appears to be an off -
site drainage problem on this road and enclose comments by Town En-
gineer, Joseph J. Campo.
(McClanahan- Madan) Planners McClanahan, Madan and Caponigro in favor.
Planner Quinn and Chairman Annino opposed. Planner Sohn abstains.
PASSES.
3. 8 ;00 P.M. - Public Hearing - "Modification of Hallett Crossing II" - Applicant:
Walmark Corporation
At 8:00 P.M., Chairman Annino opened the public hearing for the "Modification of
Hallett Crossing II ". At 8:59 P.M., this public hearing was continued until
after the opening of the public hearing for "Sandy Hill Estates" and reopened at
9:02 P.M. At 9:35 P.M. this public hearing was continued until June 29, 1988 at
7:30 P.M.

The following motions were made at this public hearing:
Motion: To continue the public hearing after "Sandy Hill Estates" public
hearing is opened and continued.
(McClanahan - Caponigro) All in favor. PASSES.
Motion: To close the public hearing accepting written input only and to seek
additional information regarding pre- treatment marshes and drainage
problems on Fruit Street opposite street for "Hallett Crossing II ".
(McClanahan - Caponigro) Planners McClanahan and Caponigro in favor.
Planners Sohn and Quinn opposed. Planner Madan and Chairman Annino
abstain. FAILS.
Motion: To continue the public hearing for the "Modification of Hallett Cross-
ing II" until June 29, 1988 at 7:30 P.M.
(Quinn -Sohn) All in favor. PASSES.
Motion: To send a letter to the Conservation Commission asking if they will
file a Letter of Intent regarding drainage problem on Fruit Street and
emphasize that the problem was created by the Town. Request a
response by June 13, 1988.
(Sohn- Quinn) All in favor. PASSES.
Motion: To ask for Town Counsel's opinion regarding pre - treatment marshes and
whether or not they are allowed and request a response by June 13,
1988.
(Quinn -Sohn) Planners Quinn, Sohn, Madan, McClanahan and Chairman
Annino in favor. Planner Caponigro opposed. PASSES.
4. 9 :00 P.M. - Public Hearing - "Sandy Hill Estates" - Applicant: Keith Develop-
ment Corporation - Deadline: July 242 1988
At 9:00 P.M., Chairman Annino opened the public hearing for "Sandy Hill Estates"
definitive subdivision. At 9:01 P.M. this hearing was continued until the close
of the public hearing for the "Modification of Hallett Crossing II ".
The following motion was made at this public hearing:
Motion: To continue the public hearing for "Sandy Hill Estates" until the
close of the public hearing for the "Modification of Hallett Crossing
II ".
(Madan- McClanahan) All in favor. PASSES.
5. 9:40 P.M. - Continuation of the Public Hearing for "Sandy Hill Estates"
At 9:40 P.M., Chairman Annino continued the public hearing for "Sandy Hill
Estates" definitive subdivision. At 11:05 P.M. this hearing was continued until
July 13, 1988 at 8:00 P.M.

Motion: To sign the "Form A" (ANR) plan for DePillo for property located on
Central Street.
(McClanahan- Madan) Planners McClanahan, Madan and Sohn in favor.
Chairman Annino opposed. FAILS.
