Robert E. Powers, Subdivision Supervisor, stated that after the Planning Board's

this meeting was to discuss the problem with too many access /egress roads to
Route 106 (which was discussed with the applicant for "Stearns Hill Estates" as
well). Mr. Colby was very cooperative and is very much interested in widening
the Wexford Drive entrance to the subdivision and installing a median strip on
this roadway. He was also agreeable to closing off the entrance at Kerry Drive
and installing an acceleration/deceleration lane on Route 106. Two cul -de -sacs
will be eliminated to provide access to the "Stearns Hill Estates" subdivision.
