Present: Colin Cauldwell, Chair; Paul Boyden, Vice Chair; Carole Ma~~~~d1SETTS
Marcussen; Jack Smith; Cindy Ostrowski; Michele Grenier, Conservation and
Environmental Planner.
The request is to extend and cover an existing porch. There is an intermittent
stream adjacent to the area.
Carole wanted to be sure that the applicant would not dispose of any construction
debris into or near the wetlands.
Michele did a site visit and recommends a Negative Determination be issued.
The project is more than 25 ft. from the Bordering Vegetated Wetlands.
Jack made the motion to issue a Negative 2 Determination.
Marc seconded.
Passed 6-0.
Continued to 12/512005 at 6:30.
Violation: 5 Lakeview Avenue-all the trees have been cut down along a pond. The
house is in need of repair. No one has applied for a building permit. Michele will
send an Enforcement Order.
Cindy made a motion to accept the minutes as written for October 24, 2005 and
November 14, 2005.
Paul seconded.
Passed 6-0.
A motion was made (Carole-Paul) to adjourn.
All in favor.
