Zoning Board of Appeals - 2 - January, 3, 198
The Board recommends strongly to the applicant that he meet and offer
to pay for legal expenses and any other expenses that the new !owners`
the property, Mr. ';& Mrs. Moreau have 'r incurred in the process of
your application. This recommendation is made because the Board find
that the hardship owes its origin to the construction of the 3rd
apartment by you and your agents without compliance to the building
regulations and Zoning By -Law of the Town of Mansfield and that by
your own admission you acted wrongly."
Motion was made by Mr. Collins and seconded by Mr. Barrows to grant
the Variance requested by John H. Riccio. All were in favor.
Decision was signed for Joseph George and bills were signed.
