MINUTES
The regular meeting of the Board was called to order at 7 :45pm in
the Town Hall. Present were the following: George H, llojtkiewicz,
Chairman, Americo P. llei, Harold R. Collins, Leonard F. Flynn,
appointed :a voting member and 'Acting Clerk in place of Eric E. Butler.
Decisions were signed for Gary C. Tharp and John H. llei,
Application Guidelines were reviewed and finalized. They will now
be attached to the Applications.
I4inutes of April 39 1984 were :read by Air. Ylynn and approved.'
The hearing for John F. Riccio, 49 James Street, for a Variance from
Section IV, Schedule B of the Zoning By -Law to construct a single
family home on a lot at 345 Mill Street, known on Assessors Map 37 as
Lot 105, said lot having frontage of 116.10 feet, which is non- conform-
ing'in an Agricultural Zone, began at 8 :10pm. The application was
labeled as Exhibit "A", the newspaper advertisement as SIB", Plan of
Land dated Iia.rch !13, 1984, prepared by David E. Grant Registered Land
,Surveyor as "C", Plan of Land dated April 61 1984 prepared byiRIA4
Engineering Co., Inc. as "D ". >The Planning ;Board was recorded as being
in favor of recommending that :the 'Variance ; be granted. Comments were
recorded from abutters.' The 'hearing closed at 8 :30pm.
Motion was made by Air. Collins and seconded by Mr. llei to grant the
Variance 'for John H.i,Riccio. All were in favor.
