MUTES
The regular meeting of the Board was called ¢o order at 7 :45pm in
the Town Hall. Present were the following: George H. ' :Iojtkiewicz,
Chairman, Eric P. )Butler, Clerk, Conley G.= Eagan, Leonard F. Flynn,
appointed a voting member in place of Americo P. Pei.
Bond ?notice was received from the Hartford Casualty Insurance Company
for John G. Walsh to cover gravel removal operations on Elm Street,
Lots 24 and 26.
I9otion was made by Isir. Flynn and seconded by tor. Eagan to send a
letter to ':Stephen; Quinn stating that 'a preliminary review of his
application to the Board shores that there is inadequate information
presented for them to make a judgement, and recommend that the!
observe the Board of Appeals Guidelines for Variance applications.
Air. Flynn, I,r. Eagan, Mr. °!ojtkiewiez in favor; Mr. Butler opposed.
Notion passed.
Motion was made by Air. Eagan and seconded by Mr. Flynn to send a
( letter to Barry Young stating that we have received his application
and that according to the guidelines of the Board he has not complied
with Paragraph II Section a. :through g. Mr. Eagan, Mr. Flynn,
Mr. Ulojtkiewicz in favor; tar. Butler ,'opposed. Motion passed.
Letter received from the Airport Commission requesting to be
apprised of all .proposed plans for development within the Airport
Approach Zones.
Meeting adjourned at ,9 :20pm.
