The regular meeting of the Board Was held in the Town Hall at 7:45piit.
Present were the following: George H. '/ojtkiev:i.cz, Chairman; Nicola-
C. Holm, appointed Acting Clerk, Ha.ro7.6 R. Collins, Conley G. Eagan,
Leonard P. Flynn, appointed a voting member in place of Eric '. Butler.
The hearing for ':7ilbur A. F: Irene Birman for a Variance from Section
SV Schedule B of the Zoning By -Law, to construct an addition to an
existing structure at 21 Mill Street, said addition having a. sideyard
6f less than 15 feet, Which is non- conforming in a. Residence A. `hone
began at 7 :50pm. The application :.as labeled as Exhibit "Al', the

Corporation until the next meeting. Motion made by Mr. Flynn and
seconded by Mr. Collins. -All in favor.
