MINUTES
The Board of Appeals held a special meeting in the Town Hall,
Mansfield, MA at 7 :45pm. Present at the hearing were the following
members: Chairman George H. Wojtkiewicz; Clerk Eric E. Butler;
Harold R. Collins; Conley G. Eagan; 0. Conrad Lajoie; Associate
Members Leonard F. Flynn and John H. Riccio.
The hearing for Villge at Mansfield Depot Limited Partnership, 14
Page Street, Stoughton, I4A for A comprehensive Permit to construct
multi - family housing units on a lot on Francis Avenue known on
Assessors Map 30 as lot 81, said use being non - conforming in an
Industrial Zone, began at 7 :45pm. The application was labeled as
Exhibit "A ", the newspaper advertisement as Exhibit "B ", Plan of
the proposed development prepared by Claude Miquelle Associat s
Twenty "test St., Melrose as Exhibit "C ". Correspondence was read
from Keith Properties, Inc.; Bertram M. Cook, Inspector.,of Buildings;
the Mansfield Planning Board; Fire Chief Edward A. Sliney, Jr.;
Industrial Development Commission; Mansfield Housing Authority.
Comments were noted from the Planning Director, as well as abutters
and interested residents. The hearing was continued to June 3, 1986,
to allow for further comments and deliberations.
