MINUTES
DECEMBER 5, 1934
The Board of Appeals held its regular meeting in the Town
Hall, Mansfield, MA at 7:45 P,M. Present at the hearing,
were the following member-=_s: George H. 4; lo.itki_uwi.cz, Chairman-,
Mary Lou Cotton, Acting Clerk in place of Edward W.
Valanzolza; Eric E. Butler; Dr. Stanley Sohn; Peter DoTrolio,
Associate Member- and Richard Sucher, Associate Member.
There. were no scheduled hearings for this meeting.
Mr. Woii:kiewicz next gave a brief background on a gravel
removal permit issued to Ber't•_are ll.i Bros. Construction of
Brockton in 1972. The latter requested release of his
bankbook which had been hold by the Town of Mansfield as a
bond~
Mr-. Woitkiowic,> explained that he, Mr-. Cook and fir.
Bertare:lli had all been to the site and that it appears to
have been completed satisfactorily. Mr. Wojtkiewicz
recommended that the board vote to release= the bankbook bond
unless any board member wished to view the site personally.
Motion made by Mr. Butler- and seconded by Mrs. Cotton to
release the bankbook/bond. Unanimously agreed. Sharon to
sand letter to Bertarelli Tiros. requesting their written
authorization to release the bankbook to the latt_r's
attorney, George L. Wainwright.
Minutes of November 21, 1984 were read and approved.
Sharon to send letter of resignation on behalf of Eric Butler
to the Solid Waste Committee. No other board member wishes
to represent the ZDA at this time.
Gary Forget was present at the meeting requesting information
gn possible ZDA member openings. Mr. Woitk:iewic y explained
that any appointments are up at the end of December-. Mr,
Butler advised that his appointment is up. S'har'on to get
form for Mr. Butler to reapply .
Bills wr_+re signed
Dec:t.sions were signed for Hurley, Forget, DuPont, and
Mansfield Commerce Realy Trust.
