Meeting commenced prior to Annual Town Meeting at 7:00 PM.
MANSFIELD HIGH SCHOOL
Monetized Punch List - Committee members reviewed the final monetized Punch List provided
by Wallace Floyd Design Group earlier that day, and also approved values listed. MBC
Secretary to notify Sue Michael Brown to issue the Final Punch List to J.T. Callahan & Sons
immediately.
Auditorium Staee - Nick Riccio, Building Inspector performed inspection for final Occupancy
Permit of the stage at Mansfield High School at 9:00 AM. Lincoln Lynch, and Walter Parker
attended on behalf of the School Dept. Ron Furr from JTC was also present. Mr. Riccio
reported to the MBC Office later that day, that with the exception of the need to change the
swing direction of (1) exit door, this area is complete.
JTC /Change Order #23 - Review /Approval
MOTION to approve JTC /Change Order #23 in the amount of $5,235.00 to include the
following work in the locker room at MRS; COP #262 Ref. New doors & hardware -
$4,531.00 and COP #268 Ref. Replace shut off valves - $704.00.
DY /JL: Passes 3 -0.
INVOICES
Letendre Company - MHS
MOTION to recommend payment to Paul Letendre for Project Coordinator services
provided during the Weeks Ending April 14, 2001 and April 21, 2001 in the amount of
$325.00. DY /JL: Passes 3 -0.
OTHER
Qualters Middle SchOOVSMI Litigation - Attorney Chris Petrini is preparing a Settlement
Agreement for approval by SMI and the Town of Mansfield.
