No deduction in cost was taken for Operation and Maintenance Manuals and As -Built Drawing, since TCI has not completed their review of these documents. Discussion continued regarding various open issues. • Fire Alarm Panel - To date contractor has not provided any training of system operation. Problems with Fire Alarm Panel continue. System installer, Dan Mahoney claims that all their work is complete and the warrantee period is over. Town incurred expense for recent fire watch due to panel problems. Michael Callahan claims that per JRW, fire alarm problems are related to a faulty transfer switch on generator that back feeds power continuously to fire panel and isn't supposed to. MBC members question validity of this claim. • Generator - Walter Parker to have independent test of generator done tomorrow (July 18, 2001). This will determine status of transfer switch. MBC to hold $30K on electrical until panel is "Acceptable". • Science Room Lights - Issue re: Science room lighting on emergency generator. Walter Parker advised that lights in Science classrooms work properly. Power wasn't fully turned off during original inspection test. • Architectural Punch List - Michael Callahan contested MBC policy not to release payment for items on architectural punch list said to be done by JTC, but not yet reviewed by WFDG.
