l
Project Update — In August of 1999 the Mansfield Historical Commission contracted with Claire

Based on their experience Members of the Mansfield Historical Commission expressed
reservations regarding Dempsey's future ability to provide complete contract documents
for approval by the MASS HC January deadline.

MASS HC Per grant guidelines, MASS HC needs to approve final Plans and Specifications.
