Meeting Minutes of May 7, 2002

Meeting commenced at 7:30PM.
The MBC Meeting was held at Mansfield High School this evening. Committee
members attended the Annual Town Meeting immediately following at 8:00 PM.
MBC MEETING MINUTES — Review /Approval
MOTION to approve MBC Minutes of February 26, 2002. DY/WM Passes: 4 -0.
MOTION to approve MBC Minutes of March 5, 2002 DY/WM Passes: 4 -0.
MOTION to approve MBC Minutes of March 12, 2002 DY/WM Passes: 4 -0.
• March 19, 2002 No meeting held.
MOTION to approve NIBC Minutes of March 26, 2002 DY/WM Passes: 4 -0.
• April 2, 2002 No meeting held.
ANNUAL TO T17N MEETING (begat at 8: 00 PM.)
WATER TREATMENT FACILITY AND WELLS PROJECT
• Annual Town Meeting voted this evening to support Warrant Article 20 to
appropriate $6,750,000.00 for the Design and Construction of a new Water
Treatment Facility. Lee Azinheira announced that the Municipal Building
Committee would be responsible for overseeing this project with input from the
Water Operations Manager and himself. Design and construction of this facility
begins Phase I of the Municipal Capital Plan based on the Feasibility Study
prepared by CSS Architects (dated June 2001).
