Meeting Minutes of October 22, 2002

The MBC cancelled their general business meeting to attend the Special Fall
Town Meeting scheduled for 7:00 PM that evening at Qualters Middle School.
No quorum was obtained. Special Fall Town Meeting was postponed to October
29, 2002.
