ATTENDANCE: Nancy orief-Pilz, Chris Cormier-Hays, Jyesph
Flynn` John Walgreen� and Director of the Library Janet
Campbell. Leonard Epstein was absent. The meeting was
convene-Al at 8:15 a.m. in the Certyse Room of the Mansfield
rnblic Library.
SECRETARY'S REPORT: In tha absence of Leonard Epstein`
Janet Campbell provided the Trustees with the draft minutes

or the March meeting. The minutes were approved.
TREAJURER'S REPORT: Chris Cormier-Hays provided the
lreasorer Keport wbich was reviewed and accepted.
LIBRARIAN'S REPORT: The monthly repo-'_ of the librarian was
Uiscussed.

l. Janet described the PIA) annual meeting which she
attended March 17-16, 200,21 in Phoeni:, Arizona.
��. The mic�ofilm reader has failed and is not
repairab-e. Replacement cost for one with a digital scanner
and reader will be about $8500.
3. The library will be getting a new phone system with
voice mail in a few wea�s. This will be �art of t-e new
phone sys_tem for town offices.
4, �aoet will be sp*aking to Lhe Lions Club nn the
library�s grant proposal on services [eF the hendicaf)ped.
OLD GOSINESS:
1" The AUA workstation is in Joe's posession, ready
for installation.
2. The 2�03 budget is to b� djscussed today *t the
Finance C.ommittee meeting which the Trustees will attend.
