Secretary's report. Not yet available. CF111SETTS
Treasurer's report. Chris presented the treasurer's report as of 02/28/07 (approved).
Librarian's report. The Librarians' Reports were reviewed and highlights discussed.
OLD BUSINESS
FY 2008 budget. Janet reported on her initial budget meeting with the Town Manager. No cuts
have yet been required and Janet requested various reallocations among accounts, e.g. heat, power, etc.
NEw BUSINESS
Staff. Kim Semedo has been appointed to the new desk position. Numerous applications have
been received for the page opening.
Non - profit gift fund. Janet is applying for a Deutsche Bank gift fund award for summer
programs.
Programs. Kitty has developed various summer programs and obtained funding.
Gifts. An additional gift was given in memory of Stuart Sweet. The Drums have given several
gifts in memory of various persons. Kitty Schacht's father -in -law has offered to pay for the library's
acquisition of a laser color printer.
Neat meeting. April 7, 2007. The meeting was adjourned at 10:40 a.m.
