BOARD of TRUSTEES MEETING - JUNE 2, 2007

Walgreen; and Director Janet Campbell. Joe convened the meeting at 8:00 a.m.
The secretary's and treasurer's reports were deferred in order for the board to meet in executive
session to work on the Director's annual performance review. After the executive session Janet joined the
meeting and other matters were addressed.
OLD BUSINESS
Budget FY08. Janet reported that no questions concerning the library's budget were raised at the
recent town meeting.
Staff. Kitty Schacht's daughter's surgery was successful and she is expected to return to full time
duty in mid August. A temporary person has been hired through Bibliotemps (an employment agency) and
she will commence work after school recesses for the summer.
Next meeting. September 29, 2007. The meeting was adjourned at 11:15 a.m.
