BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING - FEBRUARY 2, 2013
Attendance: Nancy Breef -Pilz, Chris Cormier - Hayes, Leonard Epstein, Joe Flynn, John

Secretary's report. The secretary's report for January was reviewed and provd:` C _.
Treasurer's report. Treasurer's reports for October, November and December were.
reviewed and approved. The board discussed the trustee's account and approved the proposed
investment in the Fidelity Fund Asset Manager 20% Fund which is comprised of 20% common
stocks and 80% bonds.
Librarians' reports. The librarians' reports were reviewed and highlights discussed.
OLD BUSINESS
Budget FY 2014. Janet reported no further information on next year's budget. There may
be a meeting with the FinCom on March 2. Janet will advise further.
Legislative breakfast. Janet and Nancy will be attending this year's Legislative Breakfast
on February 8. Jay Barrows is expected to be there.
NEW BUSINESS
Director search. The board reviewed the sixteen applications received and selected six
candidates for interviews. Cassie and Kitty will be asked to participate on behalf of the library staff.
Next meeting. March 2, 2013. The meeting was adjourned at 11:05 a.m.
