Shaun Burke stated ;.hat tie will he submitting updated community
pr-niile and a revised compIai.nt intake procedure to MCAD within the
next thirty days, per MCAD written request.
I. Shaun has been contacted by the Massachusetts Housinci Partnership.
They would like to vi sit with the Town to review the work. of the Fair.
Housing Committee. Shaun will keep the committee posted as to the
actual date of the meetinq when set..

received at the MOL. Chapter 4013 seminar-. She stated that area towns=
were attc�mptinq to come up with a method that would enable them to
claim Section 13 mobility certi.ri.cates when counting low and moderate
income housing units. She also found that most of the communities
that. Caere represented at the seminar- were experiencing very sirrri 1a.r
housing problems as t°lansfield.
6. Shaun noted that the ntrj zoning by -Jaws (Master Plan) have been
approved by the Attorney General's offices
7. Motion passed to submit warrant article tin change the acre linri.t on

members, ai,e appointed with indefinite terms.
9. Marilyn suggested theft future corr-csp-ondence to the Selectman
should comae directly from ccarrrnittee. chairperson.
